Welcome
I guess my first post should be about the title of my blog. "Queen of Chiflada" you know, I am originally from an spanish speaking country and my husband is american , white american.
Chiflada means "Spoiled", when we were "dating" (actually emailing, talking on the phone and writing hand written letters) I used to start to get very demanding and spoiled and well.. that is how I got my name.
I am not a normal person and I am not on a normal relationship... but what is a normal relationship?. It took me several years to realize that life can take many forms and God can guide you to many places.
I believe in destiny and I can say that I am happy. Very happy. My husband is a very sweet handsome man that opened his heart to me and let me in.
No, he is not a priest, or a married man, he is a guy that is currently incarcerated life without parole for a crime he did not commit.
The last three years of my life I have learned a lot, I have learned to appreciate all the little things that we often ignore.
My husband is a great man I am very proud of the person he is right now in despite all the things that went wrong.
I can anticipate some of you being on disbelief after reading my words, I invite you to open your mind and realize that not all the people on prison are guilty, and even between the guilty ones, there are some good people that deserve a second chance.
I invite you to contact me if you have any questions in regards my relationship and what is like to be a prison wife, please be respectful, also understand that I do not identify myself as a prison wife; My life is way more than just the fact that my husband is in prison, and my blog is about that.
I am a normal person, with a normal job, with dreams. I took the chance to lifv a different life because it was worth it, because my husband deserves me and because I can make it.
I travel a lot because of my work, I am at airports every week, I work in technology and I am required to be onsite.
My posts will be a lot of complains about restaurants, work, airports, uber drivers.. and maybe some complains about the prison system and how they treat inmates like cattle.
Anyways, it will be a very random blog, I am doing this because I realize that I actually may have something to say out there that is totally out the box.
Chao!
Write you soon
